#prepare and execute the query
$sth=$dbh->prepare("SELECT user,pass FROM login") || die "Error : $DBI::errstr";
$sth->execute;

#retrieve the number of rows generated from the query:
if ($sth->rows > 0)
{
#browse all rows and display the results
	while (@table = $sth->fetchrow_array)
	{
    	print "<p>User: ".$table[0]."<br />";
    	print "Password: ".$table[1]."</p>";

    }
}
else
{
	print 'There are no users.';
}

#close the connection
$sth->finish;
$dbh->disconnect;

This script assumes you already set up a database named test with privileges granted to a user identified by a password. It also assumes you created a table login containing the fields user and pass. You can easily adapt the query to your tables and databases.
